What should I do if the site is not loading properly?

If GovWell isn’t loading properly or seems to be down (usually indicated by a persistent spinning orange circle) , try signing out and signing back in to resolve the issue or, if the issue persists, try to clear your cache/cookies and restart your browser.

If the problem still persists, please let a member of our Support team know immediately via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your page.
