π¨ The Canvas
This is where we create and customize the contents of the stamp!
1) Select: activates Select mode which allows you to move and resize the elements in your stamp canvas
2) Text: add and customize the text in your Stamp options. You can customize the text content, the font size and adjust its rotation. You can place more text layers by clicking on the 'Text' option and clicking on the stamp canvas again
3) Add Image: add an image to your canvas and customize some of its properties. We also offer a feature to remove the background from your image! GovWell will process your image and attempt to make the background color transparent. This tool works best when images have a solid, flat background and simple shapes.
4) Add Signature: add your signature to your stamps and customize its size and rotation. There's also an option to edit your signature from your settings page. For more information check How to create your digital signature
5) Add date: add the date the stamp is applied and customize its' font size and rotation
π Sharing stamps with your team
You can make your stamps available for your teammates to use in Plan Reviews as well! To do this, simply look for the three dots next to the stamp you want to share and select 'Update sharing'
Then, simply select which sharing option you want for your stamp: Personal use, Module-wide or Organization-wide. Click 'Save changes' to apply the changes
π Using Stamps in Plan Reviews
Now that you have created your stamp, you can use them in your plan reviews. To add a stamp to a document, first press the stamp icon on the top left side of your Plan Review board
Then, click where in the document you want the stamp to be added and select your stamp, the date (in case your stamp has a date) and if you want to stamp in more files/pages
And that's how you create and use your very own stamps using GovWell!
