You can create your very own digital signature using GovWell! This is very easy to do and we recommend every staff member to have their signature configure as it will be used when generating documents that include a Signature item.

How to Create your Signature
1. Head over to your User Settings page at the bottom left corner of your screen

2.The My Signature section can be found at the bottom of your 'My Profile' page and you will have two different options to set up your signature:
The first one is to Draw your signature directly using your computer and mouse cursors. Drawing/writing by hand using your mouse is a bit trickier than drawing it with pen and paper but after a little bit of practice you should have a signature ready to go. If you need to restart your progress, press the 'Clear' button.
Once you're satisfied with your signature, just press the 'Save' button and that's it!
Alternatively, you can Upload your signature by uploading a photo or image of your signature.
Couple of tips regarding uploading your signature:
Make sure your written signature is written in white, unlined paper and the picture is clear and well lit!
βCrop your image as closely as possible to your signature, leaving minimal white space around the edges. Extra space can make your signature appear smaller when uploaded. See the example below for an ideal signature image.
