As a security measure, password-protected or encrypted files are not permitted for upload. These file types can pose risks by concealing malware or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
To ensure the platform's security and consistent file handling, GovWell only allows the upload of the following file types:
PDF
JPEG
JPG
PNG
It's important to note that each jurisdiction determines which file types applicants can upload in a form. They may allow PDFs, image files, or both. You can view the allowed file types in the '+Add Files' window that appears whenever you attempt to upload a file.
