If the address you are working with is outdated or does not appear when you search for it using a GIS-linked record field in GovWell, it is likely that it needs to be updated in the GIS system directly for synchronization with our system.
If that’s the case, the update must be made by the person responsible for managing the GIS in the respective organization. Please reach out directly to the appropriate person to add or update the details. Once the details are updated in GIS, they will be reflected on the GovWell platform in real time!
