The Insights page is a helpful compilation of stats about the work you are able to get done with GovWell! In this page, you can visualize data about records and workflows, allowing you instantly spot trends in submission times, permit types, and workflow speed.

At the top of the options in your GovWell sidebar you should find an 'Insights' button. Expand it to reveal the currently available views: Overview, Inspections and Community.

There are a few things to look out for so let's dive in!

In the 'Overview' page, you'll find a general representation of the main stats concerning your organization.

Use these filters to control the date range and record type to be shown in the charts!

In here you'll find a generalized breakdown of how many inspections your organization has logged over time, across different record types.

In this page, you can find some more detailed stats on Inspections within your organization.

An overview of your inspection stats, breaking down how many inspections were logged/scheduled/requested within the selected date range.

Under the Overview, you can find a collection of categorized displays showcasing inspection data based on the inspectors that logged them, the record types and inspection types.

Keep track of your community’s engagement with this view – see how many members have visited your portal and how many sessions they’ve logged within the selected date range.
