GovWell offers live support - by real humans, based here in the United States - every weekday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. During these hours, you can expect a response within 2 minutes of submitting your request. Our team is dedicated to responding as quickly as possible, and you’ll always receive a swift and welcoming reply to your inquiry. So, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Look for the orange support box in the lower right-hand corner. You can find one in every GovWell page in the same place!

Once you click on it, a chat box will pop up, and a 'Send us a message' button will be revealed. Click on it to start your support request!

The most important part of submitting your very own support request is to make it as clear and detailed as possible - the more information you share, the better we can serve you! So, when you're about to submit your request to our Support team, it is super helpful to include:

  • Which jurisdiction you are contacting from

  • Which Record # you have a question about

  • Which online services you need help with

  • A detailed description of the issue/question - the more context, the quicker we can help!

  • Screenshots/videos are a valuable bonus!
