Did you submit your application with an error or typo? Don't worry, it is possible to update your application! There are two ways to update your application: 1) if the reviewer sent it back to you for updates or corrections, or; 2) if you reach out to our Support team.
1. Responding to a request for updates from the Reviewer
If the reviewer has sent your application back to you for updates or corrections, you can easily make the necessary changes and resubmit your application. This is the most common way to update your application, as reviewers will often need to ensure your submittal has no errors before the application can be approved.
Whenever a reviewer sends the application back to you to request an update, the option to update your submittal becomes available. You can use this to update your form with the correct information

2. Reaching Out to Our Support Team
If your application was not sent back to you for updates or corrections, you can still reach out to our support team for assistance.
