Staying on top of your inspections for your applications is very important, and with GovWell, it's easy! Our Inspections page helps you quickly see what’s coming up, what’s already happened, and any inspection requests you’ve made.

Tracking your Inspections via the 'Inspections' page

Firstly, make sure you're logged in to your GovWell account. In the menu on the left-hand side of your screen click on Inspections to open the page.

Once you're on the Inspections page, you'll see a few tabs at the top.

The first two shows your Scheduled inspections for Today and your Scheduled Inspections - these are the inspections that have a scheduled date. Keep track of these dates to ensure inspectors are able to visit the location/property and perform the task!

The next tab is for Unscheduled Inspections. These are inspections that haven't been scheduled or requested yet. This is a good place to track your applications that are in the Inspections step!

To the right you'll see your Inspection Requests, Cancelled Inspections and an unfiltered view of All inspections linked to your applications.

And that's it! This is how you can easily keep track of your inspections using GovWell.

💡 Tip

Not seeing any inspections yet? That might be because your application hasn’t reached the Inspections stage just yet. Check out this article to learn more about when inspections get added!
