Making multiple payments using the Payments Dashboard

It is super easy to track and make multiple payments using GovWell! With our new Payments Dashboard feature, you can now track and pay multiple fees at the same time, all in one convenient location.

What is the Payments Dashboard?

The Payments Dashboard is a feature designed to help you manage multiple invoices at the same time. It allows you to view all outstanding payments and make them all from within the same page. This means you no longer have to navigate to each specific record to pay each fee separately.

How Does it Work?

You can access your Payments Dashboard by clicking the 'Payments' button in the sidebar of your GovWell portal. Here, you'll see key information about the invoices linked to your applications.

At the top of the page, just below the different views tabs, you'll notice a summary block showing your total outstanding balance. It displays the number of invoices currently due, and you can expand or collapse the list by jurisdiction for easier navigation.


The columns display detailed information about each invoice assigned to you, including the invoice number, relevant dates, status, linked record details, the invoice file, and the amount due.

To pay a fee directly from the dashboard, simply click the 'Pay Now' button corresponding to that invoice.

Please note that for jurisdictions not partnered with our integrated payment provider, Finix, the 'Pay' button will redirect you to the 'Fees' tab of the respective record, where you can complete the payment.

The Payments Dashboard also supports bulk payments. To pay multiple invoices at once, simply select the desired invoices using the checkboxes on the left side of the dashboard, then click Pay [x] invoices to proceed to checkout!
